2. Lost Cat Dining

📍 Location: Liebig Street, central Warrnambool. 
📄 Details: A more upscale, seasonal-menu spot run by a locally-raised chef returning home. The offerings include dishes like snapper crudo, charred cabbage with cashew cream, schnitzel, scotch fillet with umami butter — all built around local produce. It brings “city-bistro” style dining to town, offering variety beyond typical pub fare.

 

3. Beaches Cafe & Bar

📍 Location: Flagstaff Hill area (ocean-view location) đź“„ Details: A cafĂ©/bar in a classic seaside spot. The venue had been vacant for a while — Beaches revives it with a fresh vibe, ideal for casual meals or drinks accompanied by ocean views.
